The story behind Viktoria ceramic studio

WORKSHOP, SHOP, AND CERAMICS COURSES IN COPENHAGEN

Viktoria Ceramic Studio Cph is a workshop, studio and ceramic school, where, we, 5 danish ceramic artists perform our ceramic craftsmanship.

The origins of the name ‘Viktoria’ comes from the workshop’s last location in an old barn on Viktoriagade just a few block away. In spite of the new location, the name stuck, along with the spirit and atmosphere.

During the history of Viktoria Ceramic Studio, different ceramic artist have been part of the workshop, but today, we are 5 permanent ceramicists who share the studio together. 

In 2013, when the workshop moved to Vesterbrogade 24B, we opened the studio store where people can come by and observe our work, and purchase our handmade creations.

In 2017, we opened our ceramic school. Here we offer exclusive courses and pass on our knowledge about the creation of ceramic handicrafts and art.

Throughout the year, Viktoria Ceramic Studio holds different events and workshops but you’re welcome to stop by the studio anytime.
