RETURN POLICY

Products or gifts purchased in store

Products and gift can be returned within 14 days. If you have bought a product or received a gift, from Viktoria Ceramic Studio Cph and you wish to return the product, we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value or a gift card. The product/gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sale items or 2. sorting products can’t be returned or refunded.

When returning a product/gift, the original recipe must be included. Your product can only be returned in our physical shop at the following address:

Viktoria Ceramic Studio Cph, Vesterbrogade 24B, 1620 Copenhagen V, Denmark

Please note that we expect the products to be returned in the same state as when they where purchased. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. 

Courses purchased online

If you buy a ceramic course online at viktoriaceramicstudio.dk you are able to get a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) after purchase, if you change your mind. 

After 72 hours and before 3 weeks, we give a refund deducted 25% in administration fee, but you can still exchange your purchase for another course in the same calendar year (if spots are available), or in exchange for a gift card at the same amount. 3 weeks before the starting date of the course, no refund will be available.

In special situations we do however offer you the possible to get a full refund, if you can provide us with another participant for the same course as you purchased. 

GIFT CARDS (online or in store)

At Viktoria Ceramic Studio Cph (in store and online) it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used in our physical store to purchase products or ceramic courses. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card (order confirmation) for you to print, you can also choose to come by the store and pick up a physical gift card. The gift card is valid for two years after the date of purchase. It is possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. In this case, we will create a new gift card in the store.

Our gift cards is not refundable.

Viktoria Ceramic Studio Cph trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
